As part of their Down at the Docks unit, year 3 visited the docklands. We travelled by DRL to experience a full tour of the area and saw how it has developed over time. We explored the docks around Canary Wharf and looked for clues to see how the area was once a working dockyard. We enjoyed seeing the old dock buildings, the cranes used for loading ships and the waterways the boats used that still exist.
