Year 4 Trip to St Paul’s Cathedral

As part of RE, Year 4 went on a trip to St Pauls’ Cathedral at the end of November. They learnt about the different parts of the cathedral and even got to dress up as a priest.  The highlight of the trip was to climb all 523 steps to the very top of the building where children could see wonderful views across London. The view also inspired some maths shape learning when they got back to class, using online maps to find geometric shapes around the city.
