Year 3 USA Day!
Thursday 31st October 2019 was USA Day in Year 3 and it was just terrific! The day began in awesome fashion with everyone dressed real neat and with hands on hearts for the Pledge of Allegiance and triumphant recitals of The Star-Spangled Banner. As well as developing their knowledge of individual states, the children created reimaginings of the US flag, raps with music, cheerleading routines and many s’mores. These activities were all excellently presented in Keynote using some impressive, newly acquired skills from the previous days’ Apple Educator sessions. God bless America.
