All children got active last week to celebrate Sports Week. Both KS1 & KS2 sports day took place (without rain!) Children competed in both track and field events to earn points for their house colour.
This year we also held inter-year group tournaments for KS2 classes, Y3 and 5 battled for the title of Benchball Champions and Y4 Rounders champions. Children across the school showed massive amounts of talent, sportsmanship and teamwork.
We finished off the week with a Healthy Living bake off, in which classes were given the challenge to come up with a healthy twist on a tasty snack, we saw everything from Avocado brownies to strawberry cheesecake balls! All bakes were on offer at the Summer Fayre and helped raise lots of money! A fantastic, active week was had by all!
